What is the check-in and check-out process?

Check-in is scheduled for after 3pm, while check-out is at 11am. You'll receive additional information regarding property access via email after booking, and it will also be outlined in the guest welcome booklet.

What amenities are included in the accommodation?

All of our properties come equipped with essential amenities, including cooking utensils, complimentary tea and coffee, as well as other items of convenience such as ironing boards, irons, hair dryers, and more.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations for any of our properties can be made up to 14 days prior to the check-in date. However, refunds may not be guaranteed for cancellations made after this period.

What responsibilities will Vinspire have in managing my property?

Vinspire will take care of minor maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs. Additionally, Vinspire will handle furnishing and ensuring the property is well accommodated.

What insurance coverage will be in place for the property during the rental period?

We maintain property, operational, and home insurance policies to ensure comprehensive coverage. These policies safeguard against loss of rent, accidental damage, and theft. Additionally, we may opt to utilise Airbnb's insurance when sourcing tenants through their platform. Furthermore, we utilise British Gas landlord insurance to further protect our properties.

Will Vinspire handle cleaning, maintenance and utilities for the property?

Vinspire takes care of minor maintenance, cleaning, and utility replacement for the property. We schedule professional cleanings on a weekly basis and during guest or tenant checkouts to ensure the property maintains a consistent high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Letting Agent FAQ's

Will there be any involvement or oversight required from us as letting agents during the rental process?

Your company's involvement will not be necessary, but we will ensure that any of your current landlords facing challenges and owning properties in high-demand areas are well accommodated.

Can we review references or past performance of the serviced accommodation business from other letting agents or landlords?

Testimonials and reviews for Vinspire will be available on our website for your reference. Should you wish to connect directly with our landlords, we are happy to facilitate formal introductions.

Will the serviced accommodation business handle guest/tenant inquiries, complaints and issues?

We will work thoroughly to address any issues or concerns formed by the tenants directly in a prompt and professional manner.

Accreditation

As an accredited member of both the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and the Property Redress Scheme, we offer official certification. If you are a landlord or an estate agent and your require our certification documents, please contact us.

Insurance
